I was born in Ipswich, Suffolk, England, and I have spent twenty five years as a licensed REALTOR® on two continents. Las Cruces is home now, and it is where I have found the work I love most: sitting at a kitchen table with a family, understanding what they actually want, and then going and getting it for them.
I work with my clients directly. Not an assistant, not a team member you have never met. When you call, I answer. When something goes sideways at nine at night, I am the one solving it. That is the entire reason my business runs almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients.
What is your time worth? I use the best marketing and technology available so my sellers reach every serious buyer and my buyers see the right homes first. The technology saves the hours. The judgment is what you are actually hiring.
